Using previous years of production/sales history from the Talawaan property, together with our geologists’ appraisal of ore grades and vein structures of the resource encompassing the existing pit areas of the property, management has projected Future Cash Flows (FCF), using a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model to derive the Net Present Value (NPV) of the assessed area of the Talawaan property at $75,390,910.
