IMO..Nate wouldn't file disclosures because Parks/JP3E scams posed too much legal jeopardy. As a result the (*cough cough*) "run" John Kuynjik Park was responsible for has resulted in yet another ticker being destroyed.

Remember folks... pumpers will have you believe that a "run" always means a ticker and management are legitimate and thus a reason to go all in! Reality proves otherwise.
