The only "con" going on regarding KBLB is the one where negative propaganda is being fed over and over and over again by Douchebags wanting to displace their negative agendas onto this CEO/Company. That list of cons you provide is a list of those who applied the same techniques by the Douchebags wanting to paint KBLB in a negative light. Mr. T, on the other hand, if he were a "con," would've been outed by the entities with even more experience than himself and his team, who are now fully engaged in the processes, procedures, and products being brought to commercialization. This is what separates him/this company, from those real cons. Very simply, if KBLB/Mr. T were a con, they'd still be trying to get LAREC's approval (not that they were when they were working towards their approval, obviously. It just makes a simple point). They would have never landed a sericulture expert of the likes of Dr. Kumar. On and on. Quite simply, those eyes upon them would have sniffed out the bullshit if there were bullshit to sniff out. The real bullshit. Not the kind made up by anonymous message board posters looking to spread negative propaganda for nefarious purposes.
