Blackwolf Copper and Gold (BWCG.v/BWCGF) proposes a merger with Treasury Metals (TML.v/TSRMF). TML's Goliath Gold Complex is estimated to have 2.1M oz gold, 0.8M oz inferred, while BWCG's Niblack Project is estimated to hold 5.391M tonnes grading 0.92% copper, 1.88 g/t gold.
