das hat dr. hu beim SHM klargestellt. in diesem fall bedeutet definitive agreement tatsächlich abgeschlossener deal. sobald hartcourt den kaufpreis gezahlt hat, ist der deal im sack.

zu dem anderen thema muss ich nochmal recherchieren.
