Just saw this....and reading a bit more carefully I don't think this is getting at the truth

"Kosmos and Total are reported to pay ERHC for "most" of the block, but how much does ERHC now hold and how or how much was it paid?:

If there was monies exchanged it certainly doesn't say it outright
Also this quote
"The ambiguity in losing the arbitration but allegedly still controlling at least part of EEZ block 4 certainly should spark speculation about the current situation."

Total won the case over Kosmos so no monies there from Kosmos
As far as Total is concerned is ambiguous as it was ERHC doing the filing and the recent warning Caveat Emporium Internationally and not
Total.
In fact ERHC has not lost the award per the statement and in fact may be free to make a deal with Aramco
and as Total was playing around with STP and may have lost possession of the football and ERHC may be STP's saving grace as the others majors are surely playing games with the island people and Aramco ready to kickoff a new 2nd half to STP and ERHC's shareholders
Wouldn't that be peachy
