How is that Bill Hwang Archegoes/Credit Suisse trial going~? Lots and lots of finger pointing. $54 - $56 billion in short exposure to UBS. Add Melvin Capital toxic debt to that as well.
Be nervous shorty......... liquidity drying up to the point where shadow banks are dry. Some banks having to use the Fed discount window are having to use the Fed secondary discount window.
Pension funds going under soon due to contracts they signed, treasury bond yields, and loans they are taking to pay out benefits.
Plus, don't forget the big commercial real estate bubble about to burst Bubbles. It's all coming and not a thing anyone can do.
Is Elite Pharmaceuticals shorted~? Naked shorted~? Data from regulators and those that report short data is USELESS.

Naked shorted~? Would not doubt it as Elite was VERY close to capitulation 12-13 years ago. If Elite declared bankruptcy and went under naked shorts would have profited tax free cash.
So, as Elite grows its business while its stock price languishes at 16-17 cents just think back a few quick months ago when the share price struggled to get above 3-4 cents per share. The balance sheet has been very strong for years now while the Company remains cash flow positive for that period of time.
Still VERY UNDERVALUED~! Needle movers were put in place by Nasrat because stock price has been sequestered at these levels. In a way shorts screwed themselves as "needle movers" are on the way.
I'd be nervous if I were short too. But being 5 foot 9 inches I don't ever need to be a worried "short". 🤣😂
