As to your other points, where you're just throwing whatever crap you can at the wall to see what sticks -- nice try but I don't buy. I'm not connecting my findings to anything like the CIG stuff, which I agree was always a dud.

You can't put a spin on county clerk records. The undeniable fact is, an easement was granted and recorded one month ago TO Kerogen to lay natural gas pipelines through. What remains to be seen is if it has anything to do with Spooz. My guess would be, yes. They could be laying the groundwork for a project we haven't heard about yet.
