Wow I must admit this Coop7’s extreme arrogance and show of ignorance is impressive. Does he even understand what happens when a company sells their shell? Probably not, so I’ll share this with everyone, another group of executives, managers, employees, corporate business plans, and many other things are put in place. Nothing that happened prior has anything to do with the new group. It’s called reorganization, yes the old company was dead but for him to run his mouth not knowing a single thing about the new entity is a joke. Nobody needs to hear his negative bullshit. I simply came into this feed because I spoke to one of the new principals and wanted to share any info or what their plans will be moving forward as I get it. Will it work? Maybe , maybe not. But to claim and assume it’s another “scam” is not only retarded but also absurd. You really think these guys bought this shell to scam people? No question they looked at a bunch of other shells before purchasing KATX. Let’s say this group bought a different shell, does that mean the people that lost money in the previous failing pub co should claim they’re being scammed? Of course not. I have a friend that did nothing but target failing or bankrupted companies, bought them for a song and dance, reorganized them and made them successful. Needless to say he’s now one of the wealthiest guys I know. One question people generally have is why would a company even bother to buy a shell instead of going the filing route? A lot of people don’t know one of the requirements to move to one of the big boards such as Nasdaq or the NYSE you have to have 500 shareholders, by purchasing a shell this requirement is already built in. Furthermore, when a company does a reverse split or forward split, of course you either have less stock or more stock but what’s important to realize is your monitory value stays the same at the time of the split. It’s been my experience that the smaller the float with these penny stocks the better. Once they get diluted to billions of outstanding shares nobody will touch them. Lastly, as I posted before, we should just give these guys a shot and see if they’re able to accomplish positive results. These things take time and I get that, nobody has some miracle wand that they can just wave and get things moving in the right direction overnight. These butthurt crybabies posting negative comments on this blog doesn’t help a thing. As a former stockbroker in the 90’s I can tell you it’s always the tiny investors that piss and moan the most, not the real players.
