StrawP — Today at 9:22 AM
Sorry if this is a silly question, but since the NSAV CEX is up and running, with members able to buy and trade on it:
What is the purpose of the different licensing approvals NSAV is in process with? For example, can someone living in Poland not use the exchange until license approval in Poland?
Or is this to give NSAV and users regulatory certainty in these countries and US states?
DiVinciPay — Today at 9:51 AM
In the US we are registered with FINCEN and adding Money Transmitter Licenses per State. There is not yet a true regulatory framework for domestic and international crypto exchanges, so what is being done, is CEX and DEX firms are being proactive in what we think the industry will require in the future. There is no crystal ball and until the US Government and International Governments come up with a universal plan for crypto, this is the best we can offer. Currently, we operate globally as an exchange.
