Well, that's certainly true. The challenge is to reinvent land and buildings so the outcome in a positive for the community/region.

Many people praise what Robert Moses did for the NY metro area, but there are plenty of critics who points out the neighborhoods that were destroyed and the implied racism of projects that he spearheaded. Hopefully we are more enlightened now.

It's America, we find new ways to see.
