if small claims would not take this, i would not file unless you get a pro bono lawyer. govt has unlimited taxpayer money to keep this ponzi scheme going for another 16 years and has no problem paying unlimited money to private law firms on back of shareholders as they have been. fannie freddie have been paying for the lawyers the best i know. see how hamish won the trial when he had an incentive of getting 30%, otherwise he lost all other cases. i am sure you can find one pro bono who believes in it. small claims idea was to see if this has any legs and then take the next step. doesn't fhfa calls itself private in all these lawsuits? may be go after palson, dmarco, fellow travelers, calbria, they all deserve to answer the heist.
