I don't know if you've ever been to Florida, but their drinking water sucks out loud.

My other thought is, if you live in Florida and you support, or are willing to put up with your climate denying fascist governor, good on ya. You get what you get. Go ahead and build another trillion dollars worth of real estate in that doomed swamp.
