Well, maybe not. There is a reasonably good chance that Hall Chadwick is not doing anything, no audit at all. That's usually what comes out at the end with these OTC companies when they've dangled audits for years, and nothing has ever come of it.

If they are doing something with BMXI....yes, they're dealing with liars.
