Today is the 23rd day of a 62-day public comment period on the DEA rescheduling announcement made May 1st (4 days after Mercury went Direct...post-shadow final review period not over until May 15th, when filing was made in the Federal Register, so Justice Dept. & Biden confirmed on the 16th, and a lengthy 62-day comment period now follows.
