As we've said on here several times, transparency is the key.
They have yet to provide the details of the acquisition, why not?
We've been burned too many times in the past with hype that went no where (i.e. Name / Symbol change, Cryptobuy, Hearst Media, etc.),
Its great that they had revenue this past quarter, but as called out it was half of what IO was supposedly doing, unless their busines is truly cyclical with tremendous growth in Q 3 & 4 as stated. Not sure why more wound dressings are needed in the second half of the year, but I guess we have to believe them until we get through those periods (unless they provide us with the 2023 breakdown).
All I know for sure, is that my 7 year investment in UBQU has gone no where but into a giant hole. I am still waiting for the good things to come to those that wait.
