NCT: I still believe Stellantis is in play. The problem there apparently was turnover in the key executives within Stellantis. And, I believe our management team is not going to just give away a final offtake agreement at favorable pricing to Stellantis without a commitment to a significant equity investment. The delays are frustrating for all of us to be sure. But I am still confident that the NDAA appropriation, Stellantis and EXIM are all still actively in the mix going forward.
