$KGKG According to the recent filing, maturity on notes due the first quarter and notes even due today could be the reason for the recent dilution. Clearing up the past under the old management was discussed in the last PR. Appears starting with a clean slate, then releasing product, new website, company name, etc are currently in process. What is interesting is the mention of an open house event. Bleg also mentioned an open house event at the Melbourne location for tomorrow. Interesting.
