He's either very gullible/naive, or preying on the ignorance of investors. I suspect the latter.

5 years waiting on the audit....and it got canceled by a volcano! What's next, a tsunami? Earthquake? Political unrest?

No company showing the kind of insane profits they claim in the last four years would need to rely on convertible debt.....which has diluted their share structure five-fold in the last couple years. Makes no sense.
