I am confused, Why would a “MULTI-BILLION” dollar company would need to partner with another company in its OTCM filling stage? Why wouldn’t just go straight to NASDAQ and set themselves as IPO if they are sooo successful? Is this another LKNCY? I get it but it is too obvious something is being cooked in the kitchen: And it is not chicken noddles
