Ok what is this "obvious" opinion? MaxInvestor claims, on X.com, that CE removal is automatic once a Form 10 is submitted. A more productive question, can anyone proffer a beneficial reason for using a non-PCAOB auditor to do the audit? Is MaxInvestor even right? Was a non-PCAOB auditor actually used?

My words are just humble opinion & speculation, generally about stocks I own.
