I read it like they are trying to prevent certain parties from selling and driving the price lower. Counsel said it could affect 1-3 billion shares. Those that sold without legal right to sell, they will go after. They will also go after certain parties that are selling, thereby destroying the stock price. This 1--3 billion has been locked up, some because of deals with a 3 year lockup. If they broke the lockup clause, NSAV has a very valid case. If they have not, and their selling will tank the price, NSAV also has a case. This will take time to play out. Meanwhile, the price will probably continue to go down. IMO.
