That was just the shell game. There is another one out of Nevada.
Both @HPNN and @go_digitalage have a huge lawsuit against them, plus HPNN has massive lawsuits they've lost and even more massive liens that are accruing interest daily.
HPNN can't pay any of its obligations and the CEO admits they are flat broke. Can't get much worse than that, unless you consider all their funbding fell-through and any legitimate funding source would require opening the books and disclosing the lawsuits and tax and other liens.
