You should have noticed that when insiders stopped selling in May the price still have not gone up. The PPS is not going up because insiders are selling but because there are no/ not enough buyers willing to pay higher price. However there seem to be enough interest at these levels 0.015 to 0.017 to consume all the shares the insiders are selling to prevent PPS from collapsing. Most institutions are not buying penny stocks and vast majority of individual investors know nothing about VPLM and the lawsuits ... until WSJ will write about it after the fact. Many long term VPLM shareholders like me who already have loads of shares bough at higher prices may not be willing or able to commit any more cash to one position. "ham" is right, we the VPLM shareholders community need to promote the stock on social media. I don't know about this summer but as a worst case scenario a year from now the price will definitely be much higher.
