If the trolls here who frequently bark about the salaries want to have any effect on them, they need to take up their grievances in writing with the 4 non-executive members of the Board of Directors who sit on the Compensation Committee of the Board and who conduct the comparative analysis of compensation paid to similarly situated executives in other comparable companies and publish that information each year in setting forth their justification for the setting of the executive salaries each year.
