Steve - Great Question ! YES !

Air Products, Linde and Air Liquide sell much more hydrogen for applications beyond fuel cells. Hydrogen fuel cells only consumer a small amount of their total production.

As for Green Hydrogen, most of their projects are either delayed, on hold or scuttled.

So YES.
