There is no defense -- the invoices were fraudulent ($420k) -- they were paid ($420k) -- they were recorded (legal expense) -- and he was found guilty of those facts -- nothing else but 11 invoices, 11 checks, 12 recordings -- 34 counts -- guilty -- what's to argue ?
