NY law allows a person to appear via virtual appearance if they are not a resident of the state.. They used to do it by phone but at least now someone will leak this. LOL It's not going to help or hurt him, it's just a procedural method under state law to get disclosure from the non-violent offender.

I'm just bummed that there is no whiz quiz involved..
