Auditors cover a company's financials. If there IS a technical report available, an auditor would not be qualified to vette it,

Also, a tech report needs to conform to US Industry Guide 7, not Canada's NI 43-101, as this company is US based. If it had actual operations in Canada, that might be different. onemanband would need to weigh in on that.
