The House wants to cut spending for SEC and guess what part of SEC they also want to cut~? The CAT system.
CAT will still be there, but they just don't want the SEC to collect or utilize the data. WTF~?

Suggest everyone contact their representatives and tell them no cuts on funding for the CAT system. If ya do cut it
maybe ya lose your paycheck this election. Just saying.......... finally get something in place that puts a target on some of their buddies and they want to shut it down. Right~?
