In their 03/13 announcement of an increase of approximately 1B shares, the share price was $0.0022; within 1 month, the price was at $0.0012 -- a decline of 46%, where it sits today.

It occurs to me that with recent developments of dilution, issuances and follow through failures, that this company thinks they can simply do without shareholders.

I see a long, tough slog ahead for holders here, given the company's duplicity, evasiveness and simply outright lying.
