You are sure of that? With Kim in his early 60's, a family and children and the rest of the players certainly not spring chickens? A good price, some position on the board, etc. Why not a buyout. He owns a load of shares and could easily ride off into the sunset never to be seen or heard from again. What would some on the board do with all the new found time and empty whipping post!
