I bet someone got a subpoena or was asked to come in for a deposition......and it has spooked everybody.

Poor Condor....probably still calculating the number of truck loads it will take to move that rock pile. Or figuring out how much it would cost to use a helicopter to haul that stuff off the mountain. Tramway system? At least he should take comfort in the fact that he is not the biggest loser. Some poor slob on ST says he owns 35 million shares and started buying at 20 cents.
