7/9? so we need the txs scot to deny or allow wades appeal. given lynch's verdict, i don't know, but hope they affirm the verdict. farias is history and now solution shares back in v's hands. did they get back the attorney's shares? if so, sell them to an investor and when gettting wades back sell them as needed to get the money to pay the auditors for the report. i'd hope the auditors did the work and will release the delayed reports upon receipt of the money.
ask elon, dell, or any number of deep pockets, including opentext/private equity/etc.

thiel/ openai guy/larry ellison/ would be chump change and for v the goodwill would be huge.
