Look at ALKM who used to produce the hydrates for KGKG. They will exist indefinitely and management there will make their money and whenever they want/need more cash, they will just continue to dilute their share base. Are they a legit company? Yes, but beyond management shares, they don't give a damn about their shareholders.

At least they still produce and produce damn good products. KGKG had good products, arguably the best in their industry. But they make poor decisions and really do not care about their shareholders. Shareholders who BUY their shares are fools with this company.
