I take responsibility for putting my trust in Mark who has been talking about construction starting in 2018 since 2017. Here we are in 2024 and still waiting. Mark needs to take ownership of not being trustworthy and there is no way to sugarcoat this. Strictly speaking, he has never promised anything but he has certainly implied very heavily that things would occur that never materialized. Again, I take responsibility for believing him. I now realize he is not trustworthy. His failure to deliver has had a seriously adverse impact on my retirement. I don't enjoy saying these things. I choose to take ownership over my emotions and the consequences of my choices. I chose to believe Mark and today I choose to be angry about that. I still believe it's a good project but I would welcome a buy out as I have lost confidence in Mark.
