Andy may have sounded positive, but he didn't say anything positive.

Every project and funding is DELAYED. And as you point out other measures will be needed in order to keep the lights on.

This means MORE DEBT or MORE Dilution. And these measures rarely help the share price. Even the bump we got from the DOE announcement is gone.

The next nail in PLUG's Coffin will be another round of DOWNGRADES and LOWER Share Price Estimates.

I also believe that the cost saving measures are too little and too late, and I don't believe PLUG has the management horsepower to execute on this project either.
