That's a talking point from Fox News. Fox sometimes pops up in my Google news feed. As of now one of the top stories is from Fox with the headline: Biden's perpetual state of confusion on display in Normandy.

Funny thing is, the majority of Fox viewers are geriatric and their strategy to attract and keep those viewers seems to be "Hey you oldsters, here's someone in your demographic who is just as dottering as you!"

I find your constant characterizations of Biden as a mumbler who "can barely walk" strange
