I agree Navy..... it seems like 'amateur hour in centennial manglement office' DANG!!!! they are trying to sell to us that EXIM, after a year in negotiation is JUST NOW telling us that they need more data..... seems like an awful 'convenient cover' for them not being able to get interim financing.... this is PATTHETIC..... one stumble and bumble after another.... but hey...... we are supposed to keep our chin up in spite of getting kicked in the nuts 'EVERY NINE MONTHS' when we are given bad news, lots of excuses for the bad news and then told to reset the clock for ANOTHER 9 MONTHS!!! One would have to be brain dead to NOT see the obvious pattern here!!! JUST 9 MORE MONTHS...... before the NEXT 9 MONTHS......... oh and here are some table scraps and bread crumbs........

CAN they just please sell the whole lock stock and barrel (mine) to a company/team that can EXECUTE PLEASE!!!!!!!!
