ETrade/Morgan Stanley is stuck between a rock and a hard place. The classic catch 22.

They are the broker in the spotlight. Just because Gill is enthusiastic about $GME and $AMC he gets subjected to all this
scrutiny~? Now ETrade is on the hook for being his broker, which may not end well for them and others~? There is a liability issue here and it rests with ETrade, the catch 22 version. Damned if they did, damned if they didn't. Just damned.........

Some here conveniently "don't understand".
