Interesting. I guess the supplemental information on change of control has some retail intrigued.

One note that interested me was "Preferred Series A shares subsequently cancelled and 80% of common shares issued in lieu of preferred shares."

Is this just saying that the preferred shares became the restricted shares that we see in the OS? If so, is there really that big of a difference? I guess you can sell preferred shares at any time?
