That filing can now be used as the basis to file a FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION FRAUD complaint against Jake P Noch and this crime scene shit ticker $SONG !!

He's using what is known as "fraudulent inducement" and under the umbrella of well established case law "Free trial" aka bait n switch and similar web based fraud - and it's likely not only "CIVIL" but DIRTY JAKE is off into criminal fraud now looks like to me.
