Companies IPO to raise funds. Nobody buys a ticker majority owned by shareholders. They would have to heavily dilute it to raise funds. This was a scam. They pumped and dumped the shares. They sold every share they had and disappeared according to their transfer agent.
There’s over 5,600 dark/defunct tickers, like HOMU. SEC changed the rules on them being reused again, because too many are used to scam dumb investors or launder money. China is the biggest culprit. Nobody will touch HOMU.
