I may go all cash tomorrow
I can't take this market anymore. I was in IPW for about 12 sessions.Once around $1.40, where it did absolutely nothing for several days after I bought. Then a day after I sold, it went to $2.60 in two consecutive sessions. Then when it went back to the $2.30 area, I bought back, only to sit in the stock for 6 sessions straight where it did nothing- literally didn't move more than a couple % up or down. Then the very next day(today) after I sold, it went up 20% ! Obviously a highly manipulated stock, and I guess my trades of 40K-50K shares made market makers stop the stock in it's tracks, only to rally like crazy as soon as I sold.
I see no good values in positive sectors to play here. I kind of like AAOI, but the way the stock fell 25% in a couple days, and it hard pressed to rally at all spooks me. Especially after the fact that AAOI tanked immediately after a competitor CRDO announced a solid qtr and went up around 30% !
Then you would think that if you can't find a stock that can go up anymore, you could short the market. However within minutes after I shorted the semi's today, the entire sector rallied for the rest of the day !
