Boo hoo. You take chances when dealing with a development stage company. No one took it out on Adidas or North Face for the spider silk products they actually marketed that still haven't made it to mass production.

Here's reality...if UA is paying close attention to Kraig Labs, they have already called Kim and said, "punt that jackwagon partner you've got and i'll pay you a million bucks right now and our marketing department will be on it TOMORROW spreading the word". Believe me, Kim has had those phone calls. If he hasn't, he's getting them today.

It's way past time for WW to speak if he's still in the game.
