MVNT won't be upgraded until Annual is filed.

That is not an opinion. It is financial reality.

MVNT is already late with 2 quarterly reports (Q2 and Q3). The next report due is the 2024 Annual (which is normally due 90 days after the end of the fiscal year; more about that in another post later). Once they file the Annual, MVNT could be upgraded to Pink Current with an Attorney letter. It makes no sense financially for them to file 2 attorney letters. Therefore, I expect MVNT to remain Pink Limited for another 3-4 months until they file their 2024 Annual report accompanied by an Attorney letter shortly thereafter.
