Its been discussed multiple times already: KEGS is being massively shorted by "hedgies" not retail.... The requirements for hedgies are different.

The SEC knows who KEGS is and has a CIK # of 884380 on file with the SEC. That is factual data there that cant be denied (since its already been claimed by the shorters of KEGS stock).
