It is really just that simple.

CMW has been swindling investors his entire adult life. And prolly even when he was a kid, as CMW's daddy was a grifting scammer also. Neither of them ever produced anything butt losses for everyone butt them and their fambly who always walked away with the scamvestors' munny and then started Yett Another Grifting Scam.

It is what they do. They are grifting scum and pathological liars.
