Perhaps in a very oblique way, and when fully analyzed, race is very much connected if not integral to the issues voters, in particular black and Hispanic, really care about the most. It's not a vacuum the solutions will be identified in; at least most relevant factors are necessarily considered, leave major ones out and keep treading water or sinking.
