My phone does not allow me to type as well, as my keyboard, and some days the messages are lost before I can post them. Then there is my one finger typing ability, I just never got any better being a typer.
Grandchildren are 18 and 20, and if you remember back to those years, you enjoyed your friends at this stage of life. Stress was something I only experienced with a full-time job. Then I always had to answer to upper management. No excuse was ever acceptable, the main one being the shortages on shifts due to low pay. Health was the only concern that ever sat me down and made me think.
Now and for the past 15 years I just do what I want, I know making money is always an issue, but again every American who is nearing retirement needs to set priorities for themselves. America is about Capitalism, and capitalism demands investment, either you invest in yourself, and in what makes America special, or get swallowed up. It was the same with every previous generation. Immigrants came to America to make a better life for themselves, sometimes that was just an education.
I never mean any harm to you or anyone in this forum, but then at this age I am also who I am. I believe in the concept that freedom is more than just a word. It means each of us are really trying to find what makes each of us free and special.
